Welcome! I'm Elle. I support women to manifest more ease and flow in their lives by tapping into their innate energies and natural cycles. My clients gain new levels of empowerment by taking small steps that yield big shifts. As a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC) specializing in hormone health, I've studied holistic Lifestyle Medicine approaches at Harvard Medical School and the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. With over two decades of spiritual study and practice, I've cultivated my empathic and intuitive gifts (clairecognisance) by becoming a Hay House certified Moonologer and Oracle Card reader, as well as a certified Law of Attraction Practitioner. Drawing upon my passions for spirituality and feminine energy, I created the Cycle Magic® course for manifesting your heart and soul desires, the Cycle Habits® system for achieving your goals, and The Cycle Diet® as an essential guide for women who are interested in working in tune with their hormones for optimum wellness (also known as cycle syncing).
