As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC) specializing in hormone health, I’m certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and completed nutrition training at Harvard Medical School which included holistic Lifestyle Medicine principles. With over two decades of spiritual practice, I've deepened my intuitive gifts as a certified Moonologer and Law of Attraction Practitioner.
